Demo Guide

A 10–15 minute evaluation sequence. Every screen is populated with synthetic data so no setup is required.

Scope of this demonstration

All applicant data is fictional. External adapters (calendar, SMS, email, malware scanning, SSO, SIEM) are labeled not connected or planned and never transmit data. The system performs no automated scoring, ranking or hiring recommendation.

Suggested sequence
Follow in order; each step links to the screen.

    Command Center

    Open with agency-wide volume, pipeline health, overdue work and alerts. Toggle Police and Fire/Rescue.

    Applicant record

    Search the roster, open a background-stage applicant, review contact data, tags, assignments, notes and stage history.

    Advance the workflow

    Advance a candidate one stage. A reason is mandatory and the server rejects roles that are not permitted for that stage.

    Document vault

    Show categories, versions, uploader, integrity hash and access history. Note the malware-scanning integration status.

    Open a case, show per-segment assignment to different investigators, findings, evidence links and supervisor review.
